We are looking for the following:

• performing notes in 1st position,
• performing notes in 2nd position 
• non performing notes in 1st position in non judicial states or hardest hit fund states
• non performing notes in 2nd position with a performing 1st position located in a hardest hit funded state or non judicial state.
